Caleb specializes in recurring bookkeeping services, with a focus on monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rowan University.

Michelle is a happily self-professed numbers person that has over 35 years of accounting and banking experience. Prior to joining Strategic Business Solutions, she worked in the banking industry then became a financial assistant for a large non-profit organization where she handled the day-to-day financial needs.

In her current role, she handles payroll, AR, AP, cash flow management and assisting with financial reports and audits. She is dedicated to accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency with an enthusiastic personality. Michelle is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming.

Allison is an efficient bookkeeping professional who works with a wide variety of clients providing recurring bookkeeping services, focusing on monthly reconciliation of banking and credit cards, managing AP, AR, Payroll, and financial statement preparation. When working with Allison, you can expect the utmost attention to your needs.

Prior to joining SBS, Allison worked over 10 years in various facets of construction accounting including AP, AR, Payroll, job costing and bank reconciliations. Allison has extensive experience using Viewpoint Vista construction software and is proficient with QuickBooks Online.

Alexis is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a business background in finance, management, and customer service. Her easy-going style, professionalism and knowledge continues to help many small business owners with their accounting needs.

She works with a wide variety of clients providing recurring bookkeeping services, focusing on monthly reconciliation of banking and credit cards, managing accounts payables and receivables along with day-to day bookkeeping operations including payroll. She holds a BS degree in Finance from West Chester University.

Michelle possesses extensive setup & troubleshooting experience with QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop. She works with a wide variety of clients providing cleanup, recurring bookkeeping, and payroll services.

Michelle is a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Berea College.

Sherry founded Strategic Business Solutions in 2007 with one goal in mind: to help small and midsized businesses thrive. She saw that many owners were experts in their trade but lacked the financial systems and insights needed to grow with confidence. That inspired her to create a firm that provides clear, reliable accounting support that gives business owners time to focus on running their business while having the financial clarity to make smart decisions.

With over 30 years of accounting management experience, Sherry brings both big-picture strategy and hands-on expertise. Her background in construction accounting gives her a unique perspective, especially when it comes to the complexities contractors face, while her knowledge expands across many industries in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Sherry earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Kennedy Western University and is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. At the heart of it all, she believes accounting isn’t just about numbers…it’s about giving business owners peace of mind and the tools to grow.
